Small signs worth noticing.
Tell us about your property, the areas involved and your priorities. An assessment helps the team define a suitable scope.
Why the activity can return.
Hidden access from soil, moisture around foundations and timber in contact with the ground can make a property vulnerable.
First, a closer look.
We look at accessible woodwork, wall junctions, plumbing areas and the property perimeter. Concealed spaces may require further access before a complete scope is possible.
Then, a considered service plan.
Your technician explains the findings and recommends a site-specific approach. Any drilling, access work, monitoring or follow-up is agreed in your written quote.
Preparation that fits your property.
Tell JSS about access restrictions, occupied areas, children and pets. Share photographs, approximate measurements and any existing plans where relevant. Follow the preparation instructions supplied for your selected service.
After the work is complete.
Your recorded service updates and any issued reports are available through your private tracker. Treatment-specific re-entry instructions are provided where relevant. Follow-ups and warranty coverage appear only when included in your agreement and recorded by JSS.
